- Reviews are the largest part of online brand reputation, telling the story of a business as customers see it.
- Multiple studies show consumers don’t actually trust a perfect 5-star reputation, but they do expect an agile, active response to their reviews, with thanks for positive sentiment and resolution of complaints.
If you’re an owner or manager, make sure that your team is doing at least two things for reviews:
- Actively invite private complaint resolution
- Actively acquire reviews in compliance with guidelines
